You’ve all enjoyed the Vinyl Collectiv Vol. series, our monthly BYOR (Bring Your Own Record) meetups. Those will continue each month.
Now, we’re introducing something new to the lineup.
DJ on Deck is a new monthly series from The Vinyl Collectiv that highlights the DJs driving Chicago’s vinyl scene.
Each month features a different local DJ spinning live for the community.
Come out for good records, good drinks, and good people.
We’re hosting our first event at Wax Vinyl Bar at 1549 W Chicago Ave on Thursday November 6 from 7–9 PM.
Entry is $5 and supports the community!

📆 Last Weekend’s Collaborations
Last week we collaborated with Chicago artist Nick Brown to co-host Demo Day at Porsche!
Two of our own — Mr. Jaytoo & Marc Davis were spinning vinyl sets as part of this incredible three-day creative showcase.
We also collaborated with Vietfive coffee to host a unique vinyl Day Party at Ramova Theatre!
Mr. Jaytoo also was spinning for this event.
